The community not only has a great location being a great jump point to anything in Cininatti and Northern KY, but it really is taken good care of by the property manager and maintance crew. We lived here for two years and the only downside is the age of the complex made for some different issues with the construction. We were in the basement so when the people above us did laundry, the exhaust would come down to ours giving us longer dry times. There was also a little less between floors so you did have a little more noise than would be found in a new community. However, with just this little downsides dealing with the age, it is well maintained and we would live there again!
