It is so obvious that management is writing fake reviews to bolster up their image after the one titled "Run away from Running Creek". That one review said it best.
Running Creek is
1. Noisy
2. Unprofessionally managed since 2005.
3. Dirty
4. Needs new pavement and potholes patched- badly.
5. A lousy place to live (if you really want to call being there "living")
Management needs to accept the fact that the current staff has ruined the property. Not to mention they take Section 8. There is no hope for Running Creek. It is ran by some child who only cares about making it hard on a targeted group of residents.
Why don't management take a survey and get real about how many UHauls are there, moving people in and out'
It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that Running Creek has a revolving door. I will move when my lease is up, because I know that management is immature.

My question to you is: If you only lived at Running Creek for one year, how do you know that the management has been unprofessionally managed since 2005? This sounds like the same person who wrote the review "Run away from Running Creek.??? You can't blame management for asking someone to leave if someone can't pay his or her rent. So, stop writing bad reviews because you are bitter!

NEXUS PROPERTY MANGEMENT DOES NOT TAKE SECTION 8. AND WHAT I HEARD THE OTHER DAY IS THERE IS A WAITING LIST TO MOVE IN, PLEASE STOP BY AND ASK THE NEIGHBORS, I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 7 YRS. BECAUSE I LOVE IT.

I agree totally with this review. Since the change of management the place went down hill. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management must be writing these good reviews...trust me no one who lives there would write them!!
