I almost never hear any noises from any of my neighbors except for the people who live right above me. But cleanliness is a huge issue at these apartments. On the outside- the swmming pool, the manager's office, everything looks fine and dandy, and maybe even superior to other places. But on the inside- when you move into your apartment- it's atrocious- not only has it not been cleaned (even though managers claim they deep clean everything before a new renter moves in) but there is a rich smoke smell throughout the apartment, mold growing on and behind the walls, bugs are able to come in through the windows and door, and certain parts of the apartment may have been repainted but not cleaned before hand, leaving long hairs and other things plastered to the wall. Mangers are great help most of the time. I get new managers evry 6 months it seems like. Another huge complaint I have is the laundry area in the apartment is not big enough for some stackable washer/dryer nor are the outlets compatible for washer/dryers sold. You could have any kind of washer in there, but not a dryer. The appliances are extrememly old, but still working. Most of the rooms do not come with lights in them. The workout room has 2 machines in it- both of which are broken but still usable. I get poor TV reception and some outlets don't work. And another thing- There is no bike racks available nearby. I pay an ok price for the apartment, so I guess I can't expect too much, right'
