i moved into this place from another state-job transfer-& didn't know anyone in nky...this place was HORRIBLE!!!!! used condoms left all over the grounds(my dog almost ate a couple-GROSS!!!), constant noise, management was even worse! the lady who ran it, could give a crap what problems you had--at least the maintenance guy was cool, & took care of stuff rather quickly. also, i'm not one to believe in supernatural stuff, but i swear up, down, & all around that my place was haunted! i lived above the model apt & i had things happen to me that still makes my hair stand on end just remembering it! disembodied voices shouting my name(i know it wasn't just me, cause my pets would stand stock still when they heard it too!) something was always chasing my dog around the living room, items disappearing & then reappearing--it was the creepiest place i ever lived in--always felt like another person was in the same room with me! when i asked management why the apt downstairs was always empty & if anyone died around there, the manager of the place looked away & wouldn't talk about it. couldn't wait to move out!!!! NOT COOL!
