This is a very nice community and well managed! - I have lived at Running Creek for almost 3 years now and have very few issues, if any really. Running Creek Place is way too noisy! It sounds like baboons bouncing around upstairs at all hours. The walls must be made of cardboard, because I can hear everything my neighbor says, and the people above me must own a herd of goats. They will let anyone rent, and doubt they screen

Generally good, but lots of noise Buildings were constructed in the 70s, so some fixtures are dated. Maintenance has always been quick and the office friendly. Pool is kept clean and facilities neat. Our apartment is fairly comfortable for the money.

Great Place to Live This is the best apartment place I have lived at. The office staff is great and the maintance is very quick to respond. I live on the bottom floor and I have no complaints.

Mediocracy I almost never hear any noises from any of my neighbors except for the people who live right above me. But cleanliness is a huge issue at these apartments. On the outside- the swmming pool, the manager's office, everything looks fine and dandy, and maybe even superior
