Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
Michelson Realty is the management comapnay here I have lived here for eight years and will not renew my lease I'm getting the hell out, the comapny is horrible Rebecca Winget is the RM and She is rude, has no business running an apartment complex and I have seen 10 employees quit or be termed because of her. The turnover is so great that you never know what maintance man will respond if any, I have requested 5 times to have my screen fixed and it still is not, I have wrote corporate the BIG BOSS three times and his response was don't renew your lease, I am not lying BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.
