The office staff will say they will take care of problems and then do nothing about it. They tell you want you want to hear to get rid of you. We reported a broken window and when we moved out 3 months later it still was not fixed. We had an air conditioning problem and it took two months to fix that. When we moved out it was a few weeks before our lease was up and they changed the locks before the lease was offically up and did not give a chance to clean. The staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Items that you have delevired and you are not home they get put in the office and it has happened where the package gets stolen from the locked storage room.
