Getting worse every day

I moved into this place a while ago, and unfortunately the place has continued to deteriorate since then. Two of the things that drew me here in the first place were the relatively nice exercise facility and the fact that the office staff could receive packages on my behalf.
Now, 3 years later, the multi-gym has frayed cables, they have done away with all of the free weight dumbells and they haven't invested in a new ellipical trainer even though every time I come in someone is on it.
So instead of investing in new equipment, they redecorate the entire clubhouse and buy new tanning beds. Thanks a lot! That sure is taking care of your tenants.
As for packages, for 3 years I never had an issue. The management staff changed in the past 6 months and suddenly missing packages are a major problem. Now, we suddenly are required to sign a release if we want them to receive packages. This was never an issue before, because I think they actually took the time to inventory what was dropped off. Now, it's sign off regardless of what the carrier says they are delivering and we are expected to sign away legal recourse in order to have them perform this "service" for us. Update: they now no longer receive packages.
Getting maintenance performed is like pulling teeth nowadays. They apparently have 1 extremely overworked guy covering hundreds of units. I have to call several times and stop into the office for something like getting my AC fixed when it is 90 degrees outside.
I am close to taking them to court to break my lease so that I can get the hell out of here. I most certainly WILL NOT be staying here once my lease expires.
