While I wouldn't say that any of the reviews on here are not true, I think the most important aspect to focus on is value, and given the increasing rent costs, I would say Grandview Summit is a poor value.

Thankfully, my fiance and I recently purchased a house, because otherwise we would be paying nearly $200 more dollars PER MONTH to rent another year here. As others have noted, this increased in rent has been matched by a noticeable decline in service -- exercise equipment and tanning bed is often out of order, parking is not sufficient, and weekly and unprofessional notes/threats from management.

I've lived in enough cheap apartments to know that these issues could be worse, but the rent isn't cheap!
