Deluxe is really mediocre

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Safety: 40%
Why': First, a thief stole some expensive property from my ground floor patio in the first 3 months I was there. Second, A drunk "friend" of another tennant bangs on my bedroom window at 2 am looking for someone. The police had to be called. Third, a "part time" tennant above me turns out to be a dope head. We found needles in the yard where my kids played. He was banned from returning but days later we found plastic garbage can next to our patio which he used to climb up to the balcony of his former residence. In the process, he damaged the screening and forced me to get a motion detector/alarm.
Tennants: Some good (80%), some bad.
Parking: OK but not perfect. There is always a place to park but you may be walking a bit on nights and weekends.
Maintenance: Dismal. We complained for 10 months on getting a screen door fixed. After 6 months I even offered to fix it myself if they would provide the materials. It was never fixed.
Staff: The staff, from what I could tell, has a nearly 100% turnover rate. None of the original staff were there when I left.
I've highlighted bad expreiences that span some time. Would I recommend the place' To a family with kids: No because their screening process doesn't cover friends of tennants and part-time family members. To a couple or single person: Yes, just don't get the bottom floor.
