Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Apartments were adequate for no more than $600 per month. However, they like to charge upwards of $750-$900 per month. Expectations should be set appropriately: beware of the locked entry doors not locking, hearing every step of the person in the unit above you and kids playing in hallways and running into your doors.
