Grandview has been sold, now have new oweners, i would agree that past management turnover was 100% and that bothered me, but i have since moved to phase 3 and now have the option to buy one of the units. With upgrades of stainless steel appliances this just got better, mainly because I love the space with 3 walk-in closets and 1300 sq ft. i think it is great, just love this place and am so happy to have new owners, one of the old managers is now part of that phase and she did a wonderful job before so i am excited to see what she does now that she is in charge of those units.Now if she can get the other owner to open the clubhouse during normal hours that will be really nice again. Govew this place a chance or even a second for some of us.

I agree hope to make this a grand palce again, still I thought of moving a few months ago but just can't find something this nice,I like it here and feel that Sheila will do wonders again.

You both like the old manager of phase III? Did you hear what happened to her? She and her entire family turned out to be criminals and that's why there was so much theft while she was here. Thank god they're gone!!!!!!

You should not talk about things you are not aware of, Did Sheila herself ever get charged with a crime no.... She is a wonderful Lady who doesnt have a dishonest bone in her body. Her family may have an issue, but they are adults and responsible for their actions, she is not.
