I have lived here for almost 6 months and I can not wait until my lease expires. I will say that the apartments themselves are nice. They are spacious and up to date. The rent ($750/month) is a bit high, but at the time, I was willing to pay it. Since I have lived here, I have had numerous problems:
1. Maintenance requests are not resolved in a timely manner. I have things that need repaired that I informed management about at the time of my arrival.
2. The noise is at times unbearable. I live on a ground unit and I can hear everything going on above me. I hear my neighbors walking, getting into/out of bed, the dog barking, the dog running around, their child chasing the dog, etc. At times I feel like I'm paying for a very expensive bunk bed.
3. The parking is terrible. There are not enough spaces and managment seems to think resident stickers are going to solve the problem. It won't. They need to either offer garage space for a much lower price (it's currently $60-$70/month) or pave some more ground for spaces.
4. The management is the most unprofessional, unorganized staff I have ever come in contact with. In the past 6 months, they have "lost" two rent checks and threatened eviction. I made multiple phone calls each time to discuss the situation. No one bothered to return any calls. I finally had to leave work early to get to the office before they closed and sit and wait until I could speak to the apartment manager. I know the staff has had a very high turnover rate, but the latest occurance was just last month, with the current apartment manager. The current manager has less than stellar people skills, I may add. She didn't even apologize for their error after they posted my check to the wrong apartment. This new apartment manager also did not have the common courtesy to inform me I had parked my car in a no parking zone. Instead, she called and had my car towed. This too just happened within the last month. As I mentioned, parking is a real issue. When there aren't any spaces in front of my building, I (along with others) park along the curb. For the past 5 months, there has never been a no parking sign. Apparently, the sign had been removed and someone threw it down the hill. The maintenance worker put it back up in concrete. However, I had been out of town the week they did so and when I got back late that night, I just parked along the curb and didn't even notice the new sign. The next day, after spending $170 to get my car back, I called Allison, the apartment manager to discuss the matter. She cut me off mid sentance and told me she could do nothing for me. She flat out told me she saw me park there and she didn't feel it was her responsibility to point out a sign. Maybe not, but it is her responsibility to make the tennants happy. It's just a perfect example of how they will make you think they would go above and beyond when you are considering moving here. But once you are here and you signed that lease, you can guarantee they won't do anything to help in making your living here more enjoyable.

I urge you to keep looking. You will save yourself a lot of stress and headaches.
