We lived there for a year; it was often noisy. The walls are paper thin, especially between the units and the hallway/stairwell. There was never enough parking by our building. The office staff is not helpful or friendly at all (except for Mark); they are actually quite rude. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The workout room is poorly equipped and maintained. People speed through the complex and children often play outside unsupervised. It's virtually impossible to receive packages. Most repairs were not made in a timely fashion. Rent payments are never processed in a timely manner.

You moved too soon. You should have stuck around for the new office and maintenance staff, they're wonderful. They finaly got rid of all the staff that didn't know or care about what they were doing.
