everything is done cheaply.all the cabinets are so cheap, even the toliet seats are thin and flimsy. fireplace leaks gas, moved in with a LIST of things that were broken! it was like they fixed nothing before i moved in. Even after i complained they still did not fix everything. cabinets are broken and they marked it so i wont get charged but its still broke! they will not even replace simple light bulbs, says its tenants responsibility even though they were burnt out before move in. dishwasher was broken for over a month upon move in. Parking sucks..
