We liked our apartment, but we did have problems with parking (can never find spots near your building), the staff does not return phone calls, maintance problems never got fixed and the exercise room was distgusting. The worse was that it took 3 months to get our deposit back and the only reason we finally got it back was we had an attorney call and threaten legal action. During our 9 month lease the management turned over 3 or 4 times and was always a hassel to deal with! We were on the top floor so we neevr heard our neighbors, but we use to get complaints from our downstairs neighbors about the noise level when we would just walk around our apartment. These buildings are not maintained or built well. Also, in the winter the do not salt the ramps and it is extremely slippery, my roommate and I fell several times while walking to the car! Also, they will raise your rent so much when you go to renew your lease that we decided to move elsewhere. Be aware of this place!!! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

You are sooooooo right. The structural integrity of this place is questionable to say the least. You can hear every single footstep of those living above you.... and they have the nerve to charge a premium price for this crap!

Erpenbeck built them the last before he was sent to prison.........

Give Erpenbeck a call and complain about the structure and parking situation...oh wait, you can't, he's in jail. The current management can do nothing to fix their problem, so why complain about something that can't be fixed? I don't know why you have a problem with the office staff and maintenance. They have always been super friendly and any maintenance issues I have are fixed within a day or two at the most. I've lived here for almost a year and I love it here (except the parking).

To Anonymous From Date: 03/25/2008 The reason to complain about something that cannot be fixed is to alert others that are considering renting there. If not hearing your neighbors walking around or using the bathroom is important to a prospective renter they should know to look elsewhere for a place to live. That's why complaining about things that really aren't managements fault is important.
