I agree with all other reviews by saying the luxury of these apartments have went down since the new company took it over! They have an elf or gorilla standing in front of the complex trying to encourage ppl to live here.. But, i am postive that they are drunk most of the time! LOL I just was informed that they are changes the club house and getting rid of all Luxury Items including the hot tub ( the reason: because they dont feel like cleaning it!) their words! They are not honoring any of the lease agreements that was made before by previous owners! I actually had my lawyer contact them, and get them to honor my lease agreement. they called back and apologize and said they are going to do better! the people who work here are white trash too! You can also tell the tenants are starting to change from up scale to white trash druggies. Dont rent here! Not now! This was a pretty good complex until the new company. I see in the future a class action law suit to get this company out of here..

what makes u think bad people don't have money? enjoy the hot tub - i hear people pee in it all the time. now that is what i call upscale!

Yea... I'd stay out of that hot tub if I were you. You might catch something. I don't think they've cleaned it in years! And what does make you think that bad people don't have money?

just email the corporate customer service manager if u have problems they will be taken care of quickly. her email address is on the conner groups website.
