The new management is horrible! They have no personality and are very unhelpful. Good luck if you were a long-time resident and try to ask for some help. They treat you like cattle. I miss the old staff and how they treated residents. Don't waste your money! Get out fast and buy a house if you can. I tell everyone who is new to the area to stay away from Grandview Summit. I suggest you do the same!
