We have lived here for a year and now the new management is horrible!!! They are awful!!! The raised rates on already crappy old apartments. Now they are making you pay water, and you are not paying the water company directly, you are paying a 3rd party company, meaning you are paying more for your water then the actual bill so that the third party and the apt complex can make an extra $! We are moving, by any means possible, oh and ps if anything happens they will charge you for 6months rent to get out of your lease. Kids are always outside screaming late into the night, and there is never enough parking! The windows are so old and gapped you can stick your fingers in them, which also allows bugs in and energy out, our energy bill is at least $200 every month! The staff sucks!! The dish rack in the dishwasher is rusted out so basically we are eating rust and it has never been fixed!
