Lived here for over a year, owners and mgm't before may 2008 was great, no issues at all. Since the buy out living here has sucked. Number of issues:
1) We re-signed the lease with the old owners before it was bought out, meaning the new owners have to honor the lease. They are not, it use to be that cable was included with rent, now they are trying to make us pay for it even though the lease says it's included. They say it's only $30, but the catch is that they don't give you an option not to have cable, it's an expense that has to be paid.
2) Maintance not proactive. Called in a request, took 4 days to get them into the apartment and they fixed the wrong thing! Took another 4 days to get the initial problem fixed.
3) Cannot get ahold of anyone in the office, every time I call in to talk about the cable issue or report a maintance issue, it goes to voicemail saying they are out on property showing apartments. I see the traffic in and out of here, there are hardly any cars at the office, so it's hard to believe they are showing apartments the entire time the office is open. They are screening calls from new potential and current residents.
4) They have downgraded the luxury feeling, by placing tacky signs all over the property and having people in gorilla and elf suits at the entrance trying to waive people in. It is extremely tacky!

Reply regarding the cable....Don't pay it! You entered into a written contractual agreement. This is what they have to honor and is enforcable in a court. So it's simple, don't pay it. What is the worse that could happen? They shut off your cable and you take there money hungry asses to court and tell them to eat ---- and die...

I already contacted my lawyer! He already got onto them once about late fees and they had to give me my money back. i dont think they even know what the other lease has in it. Because She told me to read it over the phone. I for see a class action lawsuit to get this company out! Very SOON!
