Myself and my roommate have been living in this apartment complex for a little over a year now. The new management is terrible! They are rude and very unhelpful! They have found every way possible to add charges onto our rent. It seems like every month they are adding something new that we have to pay for. With the old management cable was included in our monthly rent. Now the new management is making us pay for it. And not having cable is not a choice. We had complained about a broken toilet and a broken screen door for a year before it got fixed. And the only reason it got fixed was because we threatened to move out because we were not happy with the management. We signed our new lease with the old management and now we can't get out of it. We are stuck in a place we hate! So, I hope everyone checks reviews on the internet before they move. DON'T RENT FROM GRANDVIEW SUMMIT!

I forgot the mention the tacky signs and balloons they have hanging all over the place. And the annoying gorilla and elf they have standing at the bottom of the street. Dancing gorillas and elfs are not going to make anyone move into an apartment. Especially when they yell at you while you're turning the corner to come home! I've heard, "HEY GIRL!
