I have been living here for about 2 months now.. I find the staff to be very helpful. I moved into a really nice looking place and both me and my girlfriend have been nothing but happy so far. I work up the road in the Crestview Hills town center. So it is like a 2 minute drive to work. My daughter is in first grade right up the road at a great school.. I'm not sure why everyone has been saying bad things. It sounds like they have not had much rental experience. Seriously though. I can even afford cable now..

actually sounds like you dont have much experience with the management yet first of all. second, it sounds like you havent been reading the comments very carefully. They are not complaining about the "really nice looking place" or your "2 minute drive to work". It is the staff and there actions with leases previous to the buyout. You moved in after the buyout took place so you have no frame of reference as to the rest of the communities issues. You signed the lease they are trying to push on the rest of us. Personally, i can't stand being hounded and can't wait to gtfo.
