Reading the comments from nearly everyone, they are so right!I am not normally the one to participate in comments but after reading the comments that we were thinking all along, I felt compelled to write this. We have lived here for about 3 years and it's been awful since the new management took over. They raised rent, forced us to pay them directly for cable even though we purchased extra services we pay two seperate bills. My guess is so they can make money on our everyone's regular cable service if it's bundled together. The trash was free when we first moved in, the second year it was a charge and the third it's tripled. The water has doubled because the new management decided on a new company. The gym is a joke. There is old broken down equipment. The hot tub is broken. I used the tanning bed and had one red streak down my back. They don't maintain the bulbs to get a normal tan. It's a total joke - trust me, keep looking!
