I have lived at Grandview Summit, now going on my second year, I was forced into signing a new lease. The place is a joke. They don't do anything on the upkeep of the "condos", the gym has old equipment and half of it doesn't work. They keep raising the rent and with the economy, I don't know about you, but I had a wage reduction. I tried to get out of my lease because of this and they would not let me. They don't care about the people that live there, just the money they are making off of us.
