This is a nice pretty place to live but that is about it. The parking is awful especially when you work 2nd shift and have to park at 12:30 in the morning! They are so money hungry and charge for every little thing. My water bill is about $80.00 a month. These are very expensive apartments and they have all kinds of fees and tricks to raise your rent every chance they get. They get you in the door for one price and raise it as soon as the lease is up. I have lived here three years and the old owners were much nicer. This new owner does not even give a grace period for rent due. If not paid the 1st of the money too bad you are charged a late fee of $75.00. I would not rent from them again!!! During the winter the snow clean up was really bad. The only good thing is the maintenance man Dave is really nice and does a good job. DO NO RENT from these people. You can find a cheaper place just as nice. DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are lucky if you are only paying $80 a month for your water bill at Grandview Summit. We have been here for 5 years, and never had a water bill until the Connor Group took over. Our first water bill was $38 and has been going up $5 to $10 a month and is now $117 a month.
