Great Place to Live! I have recently moved into the Valley View Condominiums Community and I love it! It's clean, quiet, and well maintained... and there's tons of closet space!
The neighbors I have met so far are great, too!

Not worth the the rent The new management is horrible! They have no personality and are very unhelpful. Good luck if you were a long-time resident and try to ask for some help. They treat you like cattle. I miss the old staff and how they treated residents. Don't waste your money! Get out fast

I love it here! I love the area, the apartment, the staff (they're wonderful), and the maintenance. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Maybe they were evicted or didn't get their deposit back for some reason. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great Place! I have been in my apartment for 6 months and still love it here. The staff is very friendly. And I have had a few minor maintenance issues, but someone was there within a day or 2 to fix them. I do have 2 elephants living above me, you can hear every step they take-so

Not worth it We lived there for a year; it was often noisy. The walls are paper thin, especially between the units and the hallway/stairwell. There was never enough parking by our building. The office staff is not helpful or friendly at all (except for Mark); they are actually quite rude.
