The customer service is absolutely wonderful; the two apartment representatives
who work in the office are the most caring, considerate, and most service oriented individuals. On top of the "above and beyond" customer service, they care very much about the security of the people and the premises. This is extremely important to me. They have security cameras in the area and make criminal background checks on in-coming residences. They keep the tenants informed, by monthly flyers. They have a wonderful small gym, pool, and spa in which to keep fit. I love the fact they allow cats and dogs (most breeds with restrictions) with a pet fee. They, also, made an area in which the dogs can run. I, also, love their incentive programs. When a tenant pays their rent early, they are put into a drawing to win a free vacation or receive some money off their next rent. Residences can, also, get money off their rent for bringing in referral tenants. And my most favorate is how much they love the military folks. There are quite a few of us, now. The people involved here, make all the difference. I would not live anywhere else.
