Quiet, Convenient

A bit strict with rules and regulations (all fully explained before signing the lease)... but that results in a very quiet, low key community; just what I was looking for.

If you're looking for a community where there's always a party, this isn't it.

Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Grounds are generally very clean and neat.
