Well, when I first moved in things were okay. Quiet, well maintained. Things have seemed to go downhill in the last 6 months or so. The grass would be pretty long before it was mowed; maintenance issues that were ongoing; roaches.... Just not what it was. I don't know what's happened, but it is disappointing because it is a nice neighborhood and convenient. Maybe they'll get things turned around.'
