I lived here for year. Was never ever late with the rent, always polite with the staff. I really hate to complain but this place is a terrible place to live. The walkways on the upper levels are in bad shape and are a potential danger. the office staff is nice, but incapable of doing their jobs. I finally left becuase of three events: One, no snow plowing of the parking lot for three days caused me to miss work due to my car being blocked in... ZERO Explanation or apology! Two, our air conditioner broke mid summer, they said this was not an emergency and took THREE WEEKS TO FIX IT!! And they did it badly! Three, they inspected our apartment and fialed us with no explanation, after Five weeks of calls and personal apperance at the home office in Cincinnati I was finally told that my apartment was mixed up with one of a similiar number in a different building. Threat after threat to kick us out and they got us confused with someone else!! They would not even come and tell me what failed us. You don't treat people like this!!
