I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. THE BUILDING SEEMED NICE AND QUITE WHEN I FIRST VISITED AND THE OFFICE STAFF WAS POLITE. BUT THEN I MOVED IN AND THINGS CHANGED QUICKLY. THE NEIGHBORS WERE NOSY AND THE OFFICE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT ONCE WE NOTIFED THEM.THEY WERE BASICALLY INEFECTUAL IN ALL THINGS. WHEN IT SNOWED THEY RARELY PLOWED OR PUT DOWN SALT. I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT THE ICE WE USE TO SLIDE OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY INTO THE ROAD.NO MATTER HOW CLEAN I KEPT MY HOUSE THERE ALWAYS SEEMED TO BE ROACHES. ALSO THINGS HAD TO BE REPAIRED REPEATEDLY. MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL HAD TO BE REPAIRED TWICE AND THE THE KITCHEN SINK KEPT LEAKING. THE BACK DOOR LOCK HAD TO BE REPAIRED AND IT'S STARTING TO COME LOOSE AGAIN.I CONTACTED THE MAIN OFFICE BUT HELP NEVER CAME. RENTER'S BEWARE THIS IS AN AWFUL PALCE TO LIVE. THERE ARE SOME GREAT PLACES JUST UP THE STREET. TRY THOSE FIRST. I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE.

i just moved in here and I have yet to have a problem my neighbors are quiet and respectful. Our sink leaked when we first moved in they were out 2 days later to fix it. I slipped and fell in the laundry room from one of the washers leaking they had someone that day to look at it. i think this is a great place to live
