these apt. have good staff except the district manager so, when i first moved in the carpet was horrible but i told them..the airconditioner breaks every summer and leaks on your walls the heat does not work very well in the winter my neighboor had a new born and had to sleep in the cold... my walls cracked on its own and my roof had leaked for awhile and they still didn't fix it.Your not allowed to have any dents or rust on your car or they will kick you out...your not allowed to have blinds up and no white curtains...your not aloud to air you towel on the balcony after you go to the pool and you can't have a door mat in front of your door....this is just the beginning of the long list you cannot do...so basically if you think that is all worth it then live here if you want someone telling you how to live in your own house. There is alot of complaints with fath properties they are the worst apt ive ever lived in. my friend is living in a 1000.00 dollar apt. don't even get this many complaints or the people who are partying across the hall don't get complaints so you tell me would you want to live here''(oh yes! my toilet is about to fall through my bathroom...)

I can understand your frustration. I lived there up until October 2006 and my husband and I moved out. The first day we moved in there was a leak on the ceiling..all they did was paint over it..then a couple months later there was a leak from the people above us that got so bad that it poured down our walls and out of the wall sockets..they just painted over it. Then our water heater busted and caused damage to the walls. The day we moved out I found black mold in our closet from the water damage from our bathroom. I would be moving out if you can. We live in the Vineyard Apartments and they are very nice.
