I have been here a only a week and I really love it hear! My apartment is awesome for me, just a base one bedroom. The kitchen is really small but I have a counter bar deal that looks thru to the living room which is cool. The windows and doors are newer and really help keep outside out, plenty of closet space. There are the usual apartment noises( people coming and going in the halls, nothing rowdy)but this is the first time in two years i have gotten 5 consecutive nights of undisturbed sleep. I have a small dog and there are several in the area and she has made a new buddy or two which is great. I can walk her after dark and feel completely safe. I have not any maintenance issues but when i went to the office to turn in my check list, they were all nice and smiled, said hello. I know there are reviews on here that have not been real good but so far I think its a real good place to live. I would recommend it! I will say that in my particular building the parking is a bit tight.

im sorry you are moving here. you think everything is nice and dandy now just wait till you move in..things are HORRIABLE here. the plumbing SUCKS we have had nothing but problems out of it since we have been here. Also if you have to have maintance come fix something be ready to wait about 4 days before they will even come check it out our smoke dector was not working when we moved in and told them and i have been here for 5 months and they still have not fixed it. the staff will be rude if you have an issue about anything they do not know what they are doing....we are moving at the end of the month because it is so bad here

Wow, I am sorry you have had so many problems here. I have been here a week and I love it so far. I moved from a really filthy complex full of drug dealers and parties so for me so far, its been quiet and the plumbing seems good so far.
