I have lived at Four Seasons for years! What great maintenance until ---- left. Don't get me wrong ----- is a great person and hard worker but I will NEVER let ---- in my apartment again. I tried telling management about it but it never went anywhere. I had jewerly, silver and money stolen. I know for a fact. Then to find out he worked at Home Depot prior to Four Seasons and was fired for theft. This man goes into peoples homes and why didn't the management run a background check on him'
Since I already went to management and had nothing was done.... I thought I'd write this in here and maybe someone would read it.

There is NO LOGIC at all to the review that you have posted. It's pretty obvious that this post was not to give advice to people thinking of living here, but to degrade another person, for the world to see. Otherwise you would have had to ask yourself why management did not do more to help you with your complaints. With any issue that I have ever had, both the office staff and maintenance have been as accomodating as possible. For the convenience, price and customer service- Four Seasons is definitly the best place in town to rent. "Anonymous person w/ a vendetta for the maintenance man" should get a life!

I have had ---- in my town home numerous times alone and unsupervised.. He is so TRUSTWORTHY! I love my Management and my Maintenance men ---- & -----. I do live in the town homes for 2 years now and I am always seeing them and Shaunna taking care of the grounds. The problems I have had with my townhome had gotten fixed eventually but I can assure you Four Seasons would not steal from their residents!! -Chelle & Nate H.
