These apartments are VERY good for the rent price paid. They are pretty old, and show their age in some areas, but are overall nice. We have a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and we love our place. It seems more like a house than an apartment. The extra story provides a nice seclusion from our kids playing downstairs. There are no frills here (besides a nice playground and an adequate pool), but we also don't pay for the extra frills either. The management staff is very nice, and go out of their way to help in any way possible. The bottom line is if you want an inexpensive place to live, with lots of room, and with no added frills, the Town & Country Apartments are for you and your family!

this place is so noisey i cant hear myself fart. im right by the highway you know. my husbands idea of a nice apartment.
