I have lived here 6 years and the place has completely gone downhill. Maintenance is nonexistent, you cannot get any help on the weekends even if your air conditioning goes out and its 90 degrees outside, you have to be on a emergency medical list, which unless your a senior citizen you cannot get on. We have to mow our own grass as there is no lawn care except for the stretch people can see driving in. One maintenance man that lives on the property mows his own grass. The buildings are run down, most of them are moldy and there are serious health violations in the buildings. This place has been reported to the BBB many times. We are in the process of finally moving out of this slum.
