This apartment complex is a rip off. I find after living here for 3 years that the staff & tenants moving in are nothing better than the quality of a jerry springer show. Just moved out today. Couldn't be happier with that decision, just wish I never made the decision of moving there in the 1st place. The walls are paper thin, there are bugs(don't get me started on the pest control...what a joke: all they do is spray a chemical all over 2 small areas, not the entire apt.) staff & maintenance is a joke. 24 hr. maintenance, yeah right. Placed a order for them 2 fix 2 burnt lights to entrance. Never fixed. (that order was placed during first year....remind u I lived there 4 three years) can't even replace lite bulbs. Main manager is nothing short of a mid life crisis. One day family vehicle, the next day a Porsche when he wants to impress/bone female office worker. Wireless Internet.....just pay for a provider. Oh and the cleaning crew. They really smoke there job hard. ( meaning they sit and smoke for hours....then they sweep the carpets with a broom. They don't vaccum, they sweep. Really. The area is not safe. Try living next 2 a dealer for a year. All sorts of drug deals @ all times. The price for the space of apts is a rip off. You don't get what u pay space wise. Appliances would be better from the stone age than the appliances they provide. The dishwasher they provide, it has wheels....hose goes into sink....and looks like small trash compactor. Air conditioning units are wall units....can we say cheap 70's hotel units. The reason I have wasted my time writing this is so u don't waste your money on this renting complex. 800.00 a month for this'! Stay away from this place no matter what income bracket you fall under. I think you are speaking about the wrong place. Main manager is a female, not a male. Air conditioning units are not window units, but central air.
