I signed a 1 year lease. My father recently passed away and my mom had discovered she couldnt pay the house payment by herself. so my wife and i thought we should move in to help her so she wouldn't lose the house. well all they could say when we told them that was. Theres nothing we can do. no help what so ever. so make sure you are a lifer if you are going to live there. very reasonable price and beautiful facilities.

I would be ticked, too, but I wouldn't expect an apartment complex to act any other way. A lease agreement is just like any other contract enforceable under the law ... you break it, you pay the price.
