I believe the positive outweighs the negative. I have lived here a year and a half with my husband and daughter. We found Brookridge Village as the most affordable, for a beautiful place to live. It's always clean, and the maintenance is always here soon after a phone call is made (even on a sunday morning when our AC stopped working). There is always a downside to everything. Like in the other reviews, the parking is HORRIBLE! When this complex was built, there wasn't enough parking spaced layed out for everyone to have a spot. Supposedly we are allowed to have TWO spaces per apartment. Well, having a small child, anyone will know that it's difficult having to walk ALL the was down the street to park and then walk back home, carrying baby, diaper bag, purse, etc. And although there are several police officers that live in Brookridge Village, my car and my husbands car have both been broken into, and my husband's stereo was stolen. Of course, that could happen anywhere. but when i told the office staff of the situation, there was nothing they would do. overall, I recommed Brookridge Village and plan on staying here for a while longer, but now I always make sure my car doors are locked!!!! :o)
