It is sooo bad here! I have lived here for about a year and a half. I think that first and foremost-- it is sad that the actual people that OWN the complex don't EVER know how bad it really is here! I have tried to contact them and let them know just how bad the "girls in the office" really are but you can never get any higher than "the ladies upstairs" -who are supposedly the managers of all of the Noltemeyer-Wynde complexes. They are just as rude as the "girls downstairs"- that are the managers of Brookridge Village. ANYTIME that you try to call about anything, complaint or comment, you get treated like you are a piece of trash that is just "lucky" to live here. The parking is TERRIBLE, (we pay near $900.00 monthly and have NEVER been late or complained on)... but is NOTHING in comparison to how you are treated. I have worked in public realtions for almost 11 years and have never seen anything like the way they act in this rental office. I am in the process of taking further action against the management at this location. I want anyone who is reading these reviews at this time to take serious thought about living here. I would not have taken the time to have found this website if it wasn't so awful.
