I have lived at Brookridge Village for appx. 6 months now and I love it! The staff is rude, but you really don't deal with them that much. They are nice however, when you are in the renting process, like everyone else. I read quite a few reviews on here about the rude staff and that almost deterred me from renting from them. I am so glad it didn't. My 2bd/2bt apartment is HUGE! My bedroom is great. My 2 4 year old children share the second bedroom and have plenty of room to play in. The kitchen is a normal apartment sized kitchen, but I like that and we also have a dining room. Our deck is great to watch the sunset from or to just enjoy the view of the trees and field behind our apartment. Just DO NOT be late with your rent. We were 7 days late and they told us that we had until 2:00pm that day to get the rent to them or else we would be evicted. Now, I know you are not supposed to be late, but ---- happens. Other than that, they are great! I called the office staff about my Air Conditioner leaking one day while I was at work and when I returned home; they had fixed it and left a note on the door with the name of who did it and what they had done. I am sure that was to protect there investment, but I was just happy that they fixed it. They are always mowing the grass and keeping up with the landscaping. The pool is beautiful and never too crowded. They keep it really clean and the lifeguards are friendly and always there. My only complaint is that they close it too soon. :) If you are looking for a clean,new,reasonably priced,well-maintained place to live, Brookridge Village is where you need to look! I have lived there for about 8 months and I would have to say that it is very nice place to live if you can deal with the office staff. I have had some problems with the staff making up stuff that is not in the lease.If this continues I am going to call 1-800 Axe Gary.
