This apt complex could be better. The noise level of my upstairs neighbor is almost untolerable. I hear every step, every toilet flush, every shower. I hear when my neighbor does her laundry or washes her dishes in the dishwasher. I hear her television. These apts could use alot of sound proofing between apts. The landscaping company that this apt complex has, leaves alot to be desired. Oh, and the parking is ridiculous. Definitely not enough parking to go around. However, the inside of the apts are nice and well kept. Fresh paint and carpet before moving in.
