This place is a joke.Nothing is ever fixed properly.The garbage area is always a mess.Instead of replacing old with new they give you old.Nothing is replaced new.This place stinks.Think twice before renting here.

Just want to say that the garbage area sometimes is a mess. Only because the people who live here either don't put the garbage in the dumpster, or they send their kids out to do it and they can't reach the door to throw it in. Also, if the garbage man drops some, they fail to clean it up. They do get their maintenance guys to clean it up though. Lastly, this is an apartment that you rent. I don't really think it matters if you have a stove that isn't brand new, as long as it works then what is the problem? You people act like this place should just build you a brand new apartment. If you want everything brand new, then buy a house.
