I love it here

I just want to say that I love my apartment here.
I live in a 2 bedroom with w/d hookup, and I only pay $535 a month.
I was thinking about moving, just for a change.
(cause I've been here going on 5 years) But I want to stay in Florence so my son doesn't have to change schools.
I looked absolutely everywhere, and nothing can beat the price, or location, so I decided to stay.
I was reading the other reviews, and the whole thing about kids being supervised was a good thing I think.
I went to the office to talk to the girls there about it and all that was for, was because I guess it was getting out of hand with very small children.
There were 3 and 4 year olds running around the complex unsupervised, and digging up dirt, and just making a big mess.
Not to mention the safety of the children.
I thought it was a great thing.
They were just looking after the children, and I just don't understand how that is bad.
I mean, it's not the office's job to babysit.
That is part of being a parent.
Not to mention all the kids being abducted these days, you have to supervise your own kids.
I have personally never had any problems with maintenance here.
They have done alot for me since I moved in, and I'm very thankful for that.
Have thay done a not so perfect job fixing thing sometimes' Yes, but I just told myself that this isn't my house and we aren't in Indian Hill people.
Come on, get a grip.
Just because you get kicked out, doesn't mean you have to rip the place apart.
Bitter'
Lastly, the office has helped me out during any trials and tribulations that I came across.
If you just let them know what's going on and keep in contact with them, pay your rent, and utilities on time, and stay out of trouble, then you more than likely will be able to get them to work with you.
So, on that note, yeah, I would definately reccomend living here.
There is a nice pool, and playground, and it's safe here.
So, hopefully you don't let the bad apples responses make your decision for you.
Trust me, you'll like it!
