my family moved here a month ago today and so far it has been nice. I dont like that they have a can close to the door for people can smoke and throw there cirgerts into it nasty to see and i have to kids, boy 9 and girl almost 3, and she tired to put her hand in it that is nasty. the maintence come pretty quick. the place is older, sliding doors dont move so good. our rent has been late and we havent gotten a notice or a call that it is late, that cerprised me where we used to live, they called and put a notice on your door that you had to leave etc. we pay 595 for 3 bedrooms, and the gas and water are on a separate bill too. the rent isnt so bad when you compare to other places for 3 bedroom, and we live on the first floor and it is pretty quite people on the top make nose but something you have to get used too. and there are only 7 steps going down to the first floor. and i like the door to the outside, leaves the cold and rain outside, where we used to live that the breezeway was open and i hated that. i wonder how this place will be in the winter time if they will take care of there priopity. were we used to live oakwood apartments. they didnt do hardly anything there and we lived on the 3 rd floor and that was very difficult too, the steps were to high. my husband had to put salt out in winter and shuffel the snow off the ground, and i feel over there like 3 times cause of the ice near my car. the law for ice and snow is so backward, if they treat there ground and someone falls they are liable if they dont treat it and someone falls they arent. that doenst make any darn sense to me. so far this place is good to me. onyl 45 extra for late rent
check this place out if i were you if your thinking of moving. they have alot of parking and handicap too.
