I never had a problem with the office managers. The real issue with the property is some of the tenants. The ones that have dogs let their dogs crap whereever. There are many younger tenants that evidently have not found the volume button for their car radios -(so it might be a cool place if you are a college student - but definitely not for working folks).

The maintenance guy is really good, but overloaded.

Don't even think about the garages. They are little more than large storage sheds. If you can squeeze a compact car into one... you will not get much else. And the price for them' Insane!
