I have lived at Brookside for 2 years now. They have recently switched ownership and you can defiantly see the difference.
Rent has jumped in price and yet the maintenance of the apartment complex has gotten worse. Snow removal and dropping salt was horrible when we had ice. Trying to get something fixed has been a hassle.
Nose is a big issue. And if you have a pet be prepared to be hassled over picking up after them. We do, however we see lots of others who don't and because of that we all have to pay. Parking is a big issue, there is not enough and it is not inforced that visitors park off to the side. Many times we have come home to our neighbors having parties and we have no place to park.
I use to enjoy living here and now I am looking elsewhere.
