If I had written this review last year, it would be a lot different. We moved here in 2004 and loved it from the minute we moved in.

BUT, with the management change, our opinion of this place changed. Upkeep of the grounds stopped. Trash all over the grounds and in the breezeways. The main. guy shows up 2 maybe 3 days a week and does very little to keep the place looking nice. He does appear to work very hard getting the empty apartments turned around, but that's about it.

I've had no direct experience with Debbi, but have heard that she seems to lack the experience to be in the position she is.

The pool was pretty much unusable from mid August on. And have heard it through the grapevine that the place is going H. U .D. I know everyone needs a break and deserves a place to live, but for the rent we pay, this is unacceptable.

All in all, our lease is up soon and we are not going to be renewing. It's a shame, as it's in a good location, but it ain't what it used to be.
