i had a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment-my closet the same size as my bathroom(HUGE!)...i LOVED my open kitchen, my huge utility room w/a full size washer & dryer, my view from my patio was WONDERFUL! i loved to see the creek & horse pasture from my porch swing in the early mornings & evenings--VERY peaceful & quiet :-) cindy & dwayne had been really good to me & fixed anything i needed done always within 24 hrs. **on the other hand**, the neighbors i had upstairs left a LOT to be desired!!! they moved in and out a few times that i lived there--the frat kids w/expensive cars had parties every weekend & always had giggling girls out on the balcony, after which it was clear they were having loud sex after caravating on the balcony from 11pm-3am every friday & saturday night....the mornings after, they had left ciggarette butts & beer cans ALL AROUND my patio (little kids played around there, great impression to leave them--NOT!!) the next upstairs neigbors i had, didn't speak english, & they're kids LITERALLY went where they felt like it! EXAMPLE: my roomate & i were watching tv in the living room one weekend afternoon, and these kids saw our cats through the window & OPENED OUR PATIO SCREEN DOOR, WALKED IN, AND TRIED TO PET THEM--WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FIRST--UN F'N BELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! they had to be about7-8 yrs old & should have been old enough to know better, but OBVIOUSLY NOT!! i left numerous notes taped to thier front door, but it never stopped...eventuaally, i had to lock the patio door & close the blinds...by that time, management had changed & debbie never did anything about my neighbors!
