I currently live here, I can't say I love it but I'm not going to horribly knock it either. As for complaints about the trash on the grounds....well, if people would stop throwing it on the grounds, it wouldn't be there. I live on a bottom floor apartment and darn near everytime I am out there, I see trash being thrown down from the 3rd and second floor apartment. A lit cigarette was tossed on top of my dog one day while we were sitting out there enjoying the view. Most of the time I pick it up because I don't want to look at it, but if those lazy sob's would quit it...what a nicer view I would have. As for the dog poo, that's another problem of lazy people who refuse to pick up after their animals. I won't even let my children play in the grass because of it. But again, management probably doesn't know the offenders and it goes back to lazy people as well as the trash. The hallways are a different matter, I do wish management would get someone to blow the dust and accumulating dirt out of the hallways. I've thought about taking a broom to it myself, but then I feel like I pay too much rent to be giving that service free.
